Start procedure
Import your contract or agreement, and the data table, into DataSnipper.
Use Smart Search to find keywords such as "Service" or "Rates", then use Text Snip to extract data into your Excel worksheet.
Once you've extracted the key details, use Table Snip to extract tabular data from a Terms and Definitions table or another complex table in the document.
Use Exception and Validation Snips to verify signatures between the two parties.
