Start the procedure
1. Import your contract or agreement and the table into DataSnipper.
2. Use Smart Search to find keywords such as "Service" or "Rates" and use Text Snip to extract data into your Excel worksheet.
3. Once you have extracted the relevant details, use Table Snip to extract tabular data from a terms and definitions table or another complex table.
4. Use the Exception and Validation Snips to validate the signatures between the two parties.
5. For more complex tables, DataSnipper prompts an automated Table Snip for every table in your documents. Click the suggestion and review the table for any edits.
