This guide covers everything DataSnipper Implementation Managers and end users need to configure the Suralink integration with their DataSnipper license.
Admin setup steps
Register for dashboard access. Each licence has a unique registration link, so contact your DataSnipper Customer Success Manager (CSM) to get yours.
Once registered, inform your DataSnipper CSM so they can assign you the Owner role.
Access your organisation's DataSnipper Dashboard at manage.datasnipper.com.
Input your Suralink API key into the dashboard. See the API key configuration article for step-by-step instructions.
Add users to your DataSnipper license. See the Adding and removing users guide for instructions.
End user steps
Log into DataSnipper using User Management with the same email address used for your Suralink account. This is required for the integration to authenticate correctly.
Once logged in, follow the steps to import documents from Suralink. See the Suralink integration guide for instructions.
Reminder: the email addresses for DataSnipper User Management and Suralink must match. This is how DataSnipper authenticates user access to Suralink.
