Overview
Snips are cross-references between Excel cells and locations in your imported documents. DataSnipper provides two ways to delete them.
Method 1: Delete via the Ribbon
Select one or more cells containing Snips in your Excel workbook.
Click Delete Snips in the DataSnipper ribbon.
This is the fastest way to delete multiple Snips at once.
Method 2: Right-click in the Document Viewer
Right-click on a Snip highlight in the Document Viewer.
Select Delete Snip.
This method is especially useful when you want to remove a single Snip directly from the document.
Note: You can also undo the most recent Snip using Ctrl+Z.
