Prerequisites
DataSnipper version 6.1 or later
User-level Licensing enabled for your organization
Your email address added to the DataSnipper Dashboard by your admin
Magic Auth (Passwordless Login)
Magic Auth is available for organizations that have not enabled SSO. It uses a one-time six-digit code sent to your email inbox.
Open Excel with the DataSnipper add-in installed.
Click Sign in in the DataSnipper ribbon.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email for a six-digit one-time code.
Enter the code in the pop-up in Excel.
On your first sign-in, you will be asked to provide your full name. You will not be asked again after that.
SSO Login
If your organization has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), Magic Auth is not available , all users must authenticate through the organization's identity provider.
Open Excel with the DataSnipper add-in installed.
Click Sign in in the DataSnipper ribbon.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
A pop-up will appear from your organization's identity provider , select your account to authenticate.
